Heather's journey began in the banking sector, where she spent eight years as a bank teller and business customer service representative. During this time, she developed a good understanding of financial processes, honed her problem-solving skills, and built lasting relationships with clients.

Most recently, Heather served as a payroll manager for a temp agency, overseeing payroll operations for over 100 employees each week. In this capacity, she managed payroll processes, ensured compliance with applicable regulations, and provided timely and accurate payments, contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization and the satisfaction of both clients and employees.

Heather is currently pursuing her Enrolled Agent (EA) designation. She is actively involved in her church as a Sunday school teacher for children aged 3-4 years old. She also loves to travel to warm, sunny places!
